Colorado Campus
The Colorado Campus Office project consisted of the adaptive reuse of three existing buildings into creative office space along with construction of a new 28,000-square-foot sub-grade parking structure. The parking structure is fully valet with 76 parking stackers, allowing for a total of 152 parking spaces. The on-grade space was transformed into a semi-private garden, which acts as the central feature of the campus. The existing facades were maintained and enhanced, preserving the existing character of the campus.
The buildings were selectively removed to allow for construction of the new garage and garden space. The new expansion areas consist of exterior walls with plaster, wood, and metal panel finishes and new steel windows and storefront assemblies will provide increased circulation.
