Totaling 709,677 square feet, the new 35-story tower features 31 residential levels with 450 condominiums, along with 7,200 square feet of ground floor retail space. It also has one level of below-grade parking and six levels of above-grade parking, with 444 total stalls. A Type 1 structure, it features concrete and post-tensioned slabs atop a mat foundation. The skin blends in with the historical surrounding buildings, including a partial stone façade and punched windows. The existing one-story, 14,000-square-foot commercial building was demolished prior to construction.
